By becoming apart of the Sales Academy, your first 18 months will be as a Tele Prospecting Specialist. MPI Connect’s Team of Tele Prospecting Specialist work as an extension of our client’s sales teams but making outbound calls on our clients behalf. The purpose of the calls is to set apopintments for our clients sales team with qualified and interested prospects.
Level 1 vs. Level 2:
• Level 1 Tele Prospecting Specialists will be assigned 3 clients and participate in 2 group trainings a week. The time spent in level is designed to be very hands on and help you to understand marketing strategies.
• Level 2 Tele Prospecting Specialists will be assigned 3 clients and participate in 2 group trainings a week, but will work with their Assistant Relationship Manager and Relationship to help recommend marketing efforts to their assigned clients
Education and Training: In this 18 month program you will receive on-going sales education and training. This includes:
• Understanding the value of cold calling
• Overcoming objections
• Knowledge of multiple industries
• Understanding marketing strategies
• Exposure and training on multiple web-based systems/CRMs
Employee Development: Throughout the first 18 months at MPI, you will grow both personally and professionally. MPI’s sales academy will help build your communication skills as well as your resume.
